All you need is some potatoes, garlic, chilli flake and rice flour and you are good to go!

How To Make Potato Bites | Chilli Garlic Potato Bite Recipe:

Start by grating boiled potatoes. Next, heat a pan and sauté garlic in oil. Season it with chilli flakes. Add rice flour to the pan let it cook for some time. Pour in water and mix it well till the rice flour becomes dough on the pan. Remove it from heat. Combine this rice flour mixture with the grated potatoes. It will become soft dough. From this dough, roll out small bite-sized balls using your hands. Deep fry the bite-sized balls. Potato bites are ready!
