"The red and purple colors refer to both the skin and the flesh of the potato. I run the third generation family business, after my grandfather Antonio and father Danilo. I follow the teachings of my father, who had a very broad and modern vision of the potato and onion sectors," said Zanarini.

The packages contain two types of potatoes of the buyer's choice, yellow and purple or yellow and red. The project has been developed in collaboration with Futuragri, a company that focuses on innovations in the potato sector (see FreshPlaza on 09/23/2020). Our potato varieties have a solid structure and are ideal for baking. Some chefs have added them to their menu as mixed, baked potatoes, because they look different and very attractive," said Zanarini.
